Sheriff Joe has called Tent City a "concentration camp" and has arrested and targeted people who are politically opposed to him. There's a 3-year ongoing investigation of Arpaio for alleged abuses of power and retaliation against political enemies and critics, misspending $100 million in county funds, firing three of his top deputies for misconduct in the abuse of power case, and he's publicly stated that he's proud to be called "KKK."
