The Sound Strike

Help us pick the top 10 films of all time.

The simplest way to catch the eye of a would be reader is to be timely. Thus on this new year’s day we are bombarded with countless the top 10 [fill in black here] of 2011. Thus the idea for a blog. Even though most folks are dong the top films, etc of 2011 we figured we wanted to go deeper. Thus:

What are the top 10 movies of all time?

We should say what are the top 10 films you have seen. But since this page involves a lot of political junkies, humanitarians, radicals, people bored out of their mind and crazy mofos let’s say we need your help to suggest films that have an important commentary, message, revelation, social or political relevancy and / or inspiring.

We are kicking this off with a few to vote on. If you want to add one scroll below and suggest a movie in ‘other.’ Thanks to those who made suggestions. As of now they have all been added. Please send around to gather some input and votes. Winner gets a cookie we found under the coach.

Please help us spread the word by tweeting and posting to facebook below.

Stand and deliver with Edward James Olmos and Lou Diamond Phillips is a worthy movie. It shows us how we are perceived as unable to achieve without cheating. Mr. Escalante is a great role model in real life and in the movie. Smoke Signals is another great movie that deals with our “abandonment” issues and how we need to come to terms with them.
